<Handle Press using procedure>
1.Turn on the Handle Press Power Switch. Red lamp is turned on at the ON lamp.
(Please remove Support [Upper Support, Handle Support] from press) 2. Set press temperature to120℃. 3. ON (red lamp) is turned off when heat plate of press reaches to 120℃. Press has built-in temperature sensor that controls heat plate to maintain preset temperature, and the ON (red lamp) is turned on/off accordingly. 4. Open space between the heat plates by rotating press handle to counter-clockwise direction. 5. insert and place handle support (bottom) - bakelite -red rubber - support (top) in sequence between press heat plate. Apply powder between bakelite and crude rubber plate to prevent rubber to stick using scissors to bakelite. (Cut red rubber to fit to the rubber stamp size to manufacture.) |

6. Rotate handle clockwise to press both heat plates.
Apply proper force when tightening the handle because the imprinted rubber may be too thin if handle is tightened too strong.
7. Rotate handle counter-clockwise a little bit after 30 second and quickly press the heat plates again.
It is to remove inside air because there may be air bubble between bakelite and rubber when heat plates are pressed for the first time.
8. Turn off the press power switch after around 10 minutes and take out bakelite and rubber. Detach rubber from bakelite.
※ Be careful because bakelite and support are very hot.
9. Cut unnecessary area in the rubber using scissors and attach it to stamp holder.
